Club Exclu who hosted a show for two new fashion designers as well as an emerging American brand that have catapulted themselves to a celebrity status and are now launching themselves in the UK following the success of Hollister , Abercrombie and Fitch and soon to launch – American Eagle. The first to showcase their work were California Christiania Republic whom launched themselves in the US last year but have since marketed their jumpsuits across a number of different platforms and appeared in numerous music videos including Willow Smith’s ‘Whip My Hair’, Flo rida ‘Who Dat Girl” and Britney Spears ‘Til The World Ends” – even Rihanna was seen wearing a CCR jumpsuit. Check out their collections in these music videos from Willow Smith and Britney Spears. Their pieces can be recognised by the radiant red star. This was their first promotional show in London and while their collection is aimed at the urban youth, they do look stylish, casual and comfortable to wear....

The second designer to showcase their work at Club Exclu was Stency Kidega who launched her luxury brand earlier this year and states they are timeless, unique and sophisticated. She finds inspiration from mechanical objects because of the pattern manipulation possibilities. With a white silhouette, Kidega uses great embroidery  patterns to decorate her pieces with metal beads and parts. Her trimming and pleats are delicately beautiful and her gown designs are spectacular. With a good mixture of experience and exposure, she could certainly be going places.

The final collection from Club Exclu to take centre stage were Without Prejudice, a menswear collection created by two British brothers who originally launched as a tailoring specialist but have since expanded to providing a lifestyle collection including shirts, knitwear, jeans, shoes and even a swimwear range. They source the finest European fabrics and manufacture their products in Europe while still retaining that British essence that define the gentleman look. Without Prejudice have been styling and producing the wardrobe for the casts on British television shows including Hustle and Ashes to Ashes. They say the Without Prejudice man is style conscious, aspires to the finer things in life and is not influenced by a label alone – he is Without Prejudice.
