Gucci Brand Backstage Spring 2012 at Milan Fashion Week

As one of the most prominent fashion highlights of the year continue to make history of many celebrated designer wears in Milan, Gucci is currently holding the crown for the most stylist make-up and hair set up seen so far. This year embraces hair being pulled back with tucked pony tails and an intense smokey eye effect, adding the final touches to this year’s Gucci Couture. Models swayed the catwalk superbly making Frida Giannini’s work of art reach perfection yet again.

Make-up artist Pat McGrath painted jet black eyes on a clear foundation of skin, clearly noticeable from a distance. Products used to create this powerful effect required the use of Max Factor Kohl Pencil in black, Max Factor Smokey Eye Effect Eyeshadow in Onyx Smoke and finalised with Max Factor Experience Volume Mascara in Black.
Styling of hair insisted the use of John Frieda’s Luxurious Volume Line, confidently locked into place with black electrical tape.
