Math for House of Evolution, Spring Summer 2012 Collection at London Fashion Week

Math is a fashion brand created by designer Shaz, who originally trained as a graphic designer before being inspired to become a fashion designer through one of his girlfriends. His tradesman skills are ever present with clean, refined lines using colour blocking to explode a particular garment from the rest of his subtle, soft pieces. Materials used include silk and chiffon creating a simple but luxurious feel to the ensemble.
Shaz claims the purpose of MATH is to produce garments with an understated elegance. It is a brand produced in England, specifically in London, which is a key influence in the aesthetic of the collections. MATH is a reflection of chic British style; mixing high end tailoring with relaxed silk pieces. His oversized nature on many of the pieces emphasise simplicity, comfort, chicness and bold femininity.
